Being Grateful

Often overlooked, being grateful on a daily basis can change your life. Give it a try.

Gratitude is epically underrated, not only from an employee retention standpoint of course, but from a quality of life perspective.
Every morning I start my day with three "gratefuls".
If you don't wake up every day being thankful for something - your family, your career, your health, your community - something, I suggest you start.
It's transformative.
My "gratefuls" today were:
1) An important meeting the day before that went very well.
2) Loans in the pipeline
3) The power coming back on : )
